Complex water treatment: PURION UV system combined with water filters

Water is one of the most important elements for human life. But for many applications, it is not enough to simply let water out of the tap. It must be treated and purified. This is where the PURION UV system comes into play, acting as an integral part of the water treatment chain and primarily serving to comprehensively disinfect microorganisms.

However, UV systems are only one link in the water treatment chain. That is why we have developed other water filters to ensure a coordinated and fully functioning water treatment chain.

Our starter set includes:

60 Micron HEPA pre-filter: Filters out larger particles and contaminants.

5 micron activated carbon pre-filter: An essential step that removes not only finer particles, but also unwanted odors, tastes and chemicals. Activated carbon is particularly beneficial because its porous structure gives it a large surface area that can bind numerous contaminants.

For specific needs we also offer:

25 micron filters: Especially useful for very turbid water.

De-icing pre-filter: Perfect in the presence of iron and manganese in the water. This filter not only improves water quality, but can also increase the efficiency of the UVC system.

Descaling filter: Ideal for areas with medium lime content, it helps to reduce the amount of lime in the water, increasing the longevity of household appliances.

De-nitrification filter: When nitrate levels are high, this filter is essential to effectively reduce nitrate concentrations.
