It is annoying when an expensive pool of up to 30m³ has been purchased and it is completely green after a few weeks due to algae. If you now clean this pool with chlorine, the water becomes clear again, but chemicals in the water cloud the bathing experience. A modern process that is more sensible both ecologically and economically is based on the physical principle of UV-C disinfection. A UV-C light is specifically illuminated by a UV-C disinfection system installed in the water cycle. The DNA compounds of algae are dissolved, which causes them to die. The water is neither influenced by this in smell and taste nor in its composition. Exactly these positive effects combine the PURION 2001. The benefit of this system is diverse: on the one hand, the wallet is spared by low running costs, on the other hand, red eyes and other effects of the chlorine or other chemicals belong to the human body of the past. The environment is spared and the user has a water reserve for the garden with the pool, with whose water can easily be poured.
This system is designed for a voltage range of 85-264V by a long-voltage operating operating device and can thus be used in many different countries. The system is equipped with a euro plug and can also be used for other types of plugs with an adapter (not included).
In order to keep a pool permanently free from algae, the correct coordination between the pump and UV-C system is necessary. It applies that at least three times the pool content flows through the UV-C system during the day. The max. Flow power of 8m³/h should not be exceeded, because this means that the water is no longer correctly disinfected. In certain cases, it is necessary to run the system longer: This is urgently required, for example, after larger rain or if the water was in the pool over the winter.
The UV-C lamp has a natural drop in performance over the duration of its lifetime. We guarantee that the lamp has reached the promised flow output after 10,000 hours. After this time, the lamp must be changed, the lamp runtime knife and the service life monitoring (OTC) signal the right time. The hours in which the lamp is switched on are counted and the values are output via an LED display. A green LED shines up to 9,000 hours, between 9,000 and 10,000 hours the pre -alarm is displayed with a yellow LED and after 10,000 hours a red LED lights up. So the right time is not missed to change the lamp.
With an unfavorable starting point with a lot of algae, it can be an advantage to use a biological flocide agent to support the UV-C system.
In addition to the system, this bundle includes another replacement lamp, the right assembly tile and a service kit for intensive cleaning.
