The PURION Mobile Concept is the ideal solution for mobile water treatment. The pre-assembled system consists of two 10 "X2.5" filters, a powerful UV system with 10W and a pump with an impressive power of 400 l/h. All components are safe and practically mounted in a robust aluminum frame.

Thanks to the two installed three paths, the system can be operated in three different conditions: filling, circulation and withdrawal. In each of these conditions, the water flows through the installed UVC system to ensure the highest water quality.

PURION stands for the highest quality and the mobile concept is no exception. Made in Germany, this system convinces with outstanding processing and durable components. By default, the pre-filters are filled with floating and activated carbon to effectively remove contaminants and deliver clean, healthy water.

The UV-C lamp has a natural drop in performance over the duration of its lifetime. We guarantee that the lamp has reached the promised flow output after 10,000 hours. After this time, the lamp must be changed, the lamp runtime knife and the service life monitoring (OTC) signal the right time. The hours in which the lamp is switched on are counted and the values are output via an LED display. A green LED shines up to 9,000 hours, between 9,000 and 10,000 hours the pre -alarm is displayed with a yellow LED and after 10,000 hours a red LED lights up. So the right time is not missed to change the lamp.

Why does the UV-C lamp have to be replaced after 10,000 hours even though it is still working?

Every UV-C lamp has a technical drop in UV-C output. The manufacturer guarantees that the system will still achieve 60% UV-C output after 10,000 hours. The data given for the systems always refers to this 60% output. However, from a running time of 10,000 hours, the drop in output continues to increase. This means that the lamp is still working, but there is no longer enough UV-C output for an optimum disinfection result.

When do I need service life monitoring?

Lifetime monitoring is recommended for all users who do not leave the system switched on permanently. It is recommended that the lamp is replaced every 10,000 hours, as the manufacturer does not guarantee its performance beyond this, i.e. the amount of UV-C radiation required for safe disinfection.

How do I know which UV-C system is right for me?

The correct dimensioning of the systems is not based on the maximum daily consumption but on the expected maximum peak rate and is therefore dependent on the performance of the pump.

What do I need to consider when installing 12V DC and 24V DC systems?

It must be ensured that no power supply units with pulsed voltage are used, as this can cause irreparable damage to the system.

Can the system be operated with photovoltaic panels?

Yes, this is possible. However, the use of a battery is always recommended for igniting the lamp. In addition, a solar regulator should always be used.
