By default, we ship with DHL. If you prefer a different carrier, please contact us. We will gladly check the possibilities to accommodate your wishes.
For freight within Germany, we work with Emons. For European and international shipping, we use Geis or Kühne + Nagel. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Yes, if you export the goods independently to a non-EU country, we can refund the VAT. For this, we require proof in the form of a stamped customs invoice. Please send us the relevant documents after completing the export so that we can process the refund.
