With the PURION 2500 36W can reliably supply up to 10 people with freshly disinfected drinking water. Especially with rising water prices and connection fees, this is not only an option for small systems. With a capacity of 2,500 l/h, the PURION 2500 36W is a very efficient UV-C disinfection system in terms of electricity costs. The physical process does not change the taste or smell of the drinking water. This system kills bacteria and viruses, making it thorough and reliable. Low replacement lamp costs, a long lamp service life and low-maintenance operation round off this high-quality UV-C system. The high-quality stainless steel used for the outer body is also used in the food industry and is therefore predestined for drinking water. When self-supplying with drinking water from wells, cisterns, lakes or rivers, it is essential to include a UV-C disinfection system such as the Allrounder PURION 2500 36W in the water treatment chain.
Thanks to a wide-voltage ballast, this system is designed for a voltage range of 85-264V and can therefore be used in many different countries. The system is equipped with a Euro plug and can also be used for other plug types with an adapter (not included).
The UV-C lamp has a natural power drop over the course of its service life. We guarantee that after 10,000 hours the lamp will have reached exactly the promised flow rate. After this time, the lamp must be replaced; the lamp life meter and the service life monitor (OTC) signal the right time. The hours in which the lamp is switched on are counted and the values are shown on an LED display. Up to 9,000 hours a green LED lights up, between 9,000 and 10,000 hours the pre-alarm is indicated by a yellow LED and after 10,000 hours a red LED lights up. This ensures that the right time to change the bulb is not missed.
This UV-C disinfection system from PURION meets all the technical requirements of the Drinking Water Ordinance. The stainless steel 1.4571 used is also used in the food industry and therefore meets the standard. The required UV-C dose of 400 J/m² with a UV-C transmission of 90% T1 cm is achieved in compliance with the prescribed maximum flow rate. This UV-C system therefore achieves a disinfection rate of 99.99%, as required by law. For trademark protection reasons, this system does not have a DVGW-Therefore, in individual cases it must be clarified with the health authority whether the UV-C disinfection system can be used.
In addition to the system, this bundle also includes another replacement lamp, the appropriate mounting frame and a service kit for intensive cleaning.
