By default, we ship with DHL. If you prefer a different carrier, please contact us. We will gladly check the possibilities to accommodate your wishes.
For freight goods within Germany, we work with Emons. For European and international shipping, we use Geis or Kühne + Nagel. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-5 business days. For European deliveries, expect 5-10 business days, and for international orders, delivery time can range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country.
