Our story
Founded in 2011 by Jens Wipprich, UV Concept GmbH was born from the conviction that clean drinking water and hygienic environments are not a given, but a task for specialists.
Driven by the desire to develop reliable and easily integrable solutions, we have since built on experience, innovative strength, and close relationships with our customers.
Today, our dedicated team consists of four experts united by one thing: a passion for advanced disinfection technologies.
PURION
UV Concept GmbH works closely with PURION GmbH and distributes their high-quality UV-C disinfection systems. PURION GmbH, based in Zella-Mehlis, has been developing and producing “Made in Germany” systems since its founding in 2006 and stands for precise workmanship, durable components, and technically sophisticated solutions in water treatment. We are connected by a close and trusting partnership as equals, shaped by a shared understanding of quality and short coordination paths. This enables us to offer our customers not only proven products, but also individually tailored solutions with high reliability and strong technical substance.
UVC Disinfection
UV Concept consistently relies on the principle of UV-C disinfection – an effective and chemical-free method for inactivating germs in water. Through the use of short-wave UV light, bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms are reliably rendered harmless without altering the natural composition of the water. The key advantage is that no by-products are created and neither taste nor odor is affected. At the same time, UV-C systems require little maintenance, take effect immediately, and operate with consistently high performance.
