The PURION IBC Tank Set 17W is used for small IBC tanks and self-sufficient supply. It protects the tank from contamination, e.g. the formation of a biofilm. In particular, air flowing into the tank when water is withdrawn is disinfected, which can very quickly cause contamination. This set is particularly useful in combination with flow-through systems from PURION as the tank is protected against excessive contamination and the water is treated to drinking water quality when it is drawn off.

Plus (OTC/lifetime monitoring)
Full control of the lamp using the integrated service life monitoring, which signals when the guaranteed service life of 10,000 operating hours has expired and the lamp needs to be replaced.
Splinter protection
The protective glass is additionally coated with a Teflon layer so that no shards of glass are produced in the event of an accident, e.g. during cleaning, thus effectively protecting the tank from contamination and people from injury
Safety system
The immersion heater is additionally secured with 3 metal struts so that it is rigid and can be inserted into the tank freely suspended.
Immersion length
The immersion length of this system is 412 mm and is therefore suitable for small tanks and self-sufficient power supplies.
