Drinking water - Autonomous supply - Compact tropical box for autonomous drinking water treatment

The tropics boxes impress with a maximum of compactness. In the stable aluminum box, which is also used in expeditions, the 10W UV lamp of a PURION 500 cleans up to 400 L/h. The water supply can be done by the integrated 18W pump (active) or an external, already existing pump (passive). If there is no stable power grid at the place of use, the system can be operated via a solar panel. The integrated 12V 17AH storage battery ensures operation for 20 h. The robust plug-and-play system is suitable for autonomous drinking water supply in remote areas without central power supply, in disaster operations, on expeditions, scientific research stays, or in food trucks.
