The PURION Mobile Concept is the ideal solution for mobile water treatment. The pre-assembled system consists of two 10"x2.5" pre-filters, a powerful UV system with 10W, and a pump with an impressive capacity of 400 l/h. All components are securely and conveniently mounted in a robust aluminum frame.

Thanks to the two mounted three-way valves, the system can be operated in three different states: filling, circulation, and extraction. In each of these states, the water flows through the installed UVC system to ensure the highest water quality.

PURION stands for the highest quality, and the Mobile Concept is no exception. Made in Germany, this system impresses with outstanding workmanship and durable components. The pre-filters are standardly filled with particulate and activated carbon to effectively remove impurities and deliver clean, healthy water.

Every UV-C lamp exhibits a technically induced decline in UV-C performance. The manufacturer guarantees that the system will still achieve 60% UV-C performance after 10,000 hours. The specified data for the systems always refer to this 60% performance. However, after 10,000 hours of operation, the performance decline continues to increase. Therefore, the lamp still works, but it no longer produces enough UV-C performance for optimal disinfection results.

Lifespan monitoring is recommended for all users who do not keep the system permanently switched on. A lamp replacement every 10,000 hours is recommended, as the manufacturer does not guarantee performance beyond that, meaning the amount of UV-C radiation dose necessary for safe disinfection.

The correct sizing of the systems is not based on the maximum daily consumption but on the expected maximum peak rate and is therefore dependent on the pump's performance.

It should be noted that no power supplies with pulsed voltage should be used, as this can cause irreparable damage to the system.

Yes, that is possible. However, it is always recommended to use a battery to ignite the lamp. Additionally, a solar controller should always be used.
