PURION IBC Tank Set 17W is used for small IBC tanks and self-sufficient supply. It protects the tank against contamination, e.g. the formation of a biofilm. In particular, it disinfects the air flowing into the tank during water withdrawal, which can very quickly cause contamination. This set is particularly useful in combination with PURION flow-through systems, as it protects the tank from excessive contamination and also treats the water to drinking water quality when it is drawn off.

Full control of the lamp with the help of the integrated lifetime monitoring, this signals when the guaranteed lifetime of 10,000 operating hours has expired and the lamp must be replaced.
Splinter protection
The protective glass is additionally coated with a Teflon layer so that in the event of an accident, e.g. cleaning, no glass fragments are produced, effectively protecting the tank from contamination and people from injury.
Safety system
The immersion heater is additionally secured with 3 metal struts so that it is rigid and can be inserted into the tank freely suspended.
Immersion length
The immersion length of this unit is 412 mm, which makes it suitable for small tanks and self-sufficient power supply.
