PURION 400 OTC Bundle

Where space is limited, the PURION 400 feels at home. The compact design of only 23.7cm in length makes installation in the smallest motorhome possible. Health risks that could arise from water at campsites or gas stations are ecologically and economically prevented by the built-in 10W UV-C lamp. With a capacity of 300 l/h, this system is dimensioned to stably supply even larger motorhomes with disinfected drinking water. The great advantage is that the water is not altered in smell, taste, or composition. Important minerals remain in the water and do not need to be added additionally. No disinfectants are contained in the water. The low-maintenance and extremely energy-efficient 10W lamp also saves time and money. With the help of the 12V connection, this system can be integrated into various electrical circuits. Examples include batteries and photovoltaic panels or the electrical circuit of a motorhome. Especially with photovoltaic panels, a battery is indispensable because the UV-C lamp must constantly receive 12V voltage.

The UV-C lamp has a natural performance decline over its lifetime. We guarantee that the lamp will have reached the promised flow performance after 10,000 hours. After this time, the lamp must be replaced, and the lamp runtime meter and lifetime monitoring (OTC) signal the right time. The hours the lamp is on are counted, and the values are displayed via an LED indicator. Up to 9,000 hours, a green LED lights up, between 9,000 and 10,000 hours, a pre-alarm is indicated with a yellow LED, and after 10,000 hours, a red LED lights up. Thus, the right time for a lamp change is not missed.

This UV-C disinfection system from PURION meets all the technical requirements of the drinking water ordinance. The stainless steel 1.4571 used is also used in the food industry and thus meets the standard. By adhering to the prescribed maximum flow rate, the required UV-C dose of 400 J/m² is achieved at a UV-C transmission of 90% T1 cm. Thus, this UV-C system achieves a disinfection rate of 99.99%, as required by law. For trademark protection reasons, this system does not have a DVGW certificate, so in individual cases, it must be clarified with the health department whether the UV-C disinfection system can be used.

In this Bundle, in addition to the system, an additional replacement lamp, the appropriate mounting frame, and a service kit for intensive cleaning are included.
